Who they are
Lord Selkirk School Division serves communities north of Winnipeg with a strong commitment to education, growth, and belonging. With a diverse team of teachers, principals, and educational assistants—many of whom have dedicated decades to the division—LSSD is known for fostering a supportive culture where staff are encouraged to grow, contribute, and thrive. Their values are best reflected not in mission statements, but in the authentic stories and experiences of the people who call LSSD home.
What we did
Reimer Digital partnered with LSSD to create a long-form recruitment video that captured the authentic voices of their staff. Over three days, we filmed fifteen interviews with teachers, principals, and educational assistants, alongside b-roll footage across the division’s schools. The result was a ten-minute film that wove together laughter, tears, and heartfelt reflections—showcasing LSSD’s culture of belonging and growth through the lived experiences of the people who know it best.
